Company Information

Millstream Management Services (MMS) was established in 2006 and is a leading provider of retirement housing management services in the UK. From humble beginnings, we are now one of the fastest growing retirement housing managers in the UK.

Retirement housing is our passion. We put our customers at the heart of all we do and make the complex simple. The wellbeing and happiness of all our customers is of paramount importance to us and this ethos underpins our business and the way we operate on a daily basis.

We are acknowledged experts in all aspects of retirement housing, from design and layout through to management and upkeep. In addition, we manage a growing portfolio of retirement housing for both landlords and groups of Owners who are over 60. In many cases, landlords and Owners have actively chosen MMS as their preferred management company, having exercised their Right to Manage.

Whether potential Owners are thinking of buying a retirement apartment or are considering appointing us as their management company, our first priority is to give them expert, impartial advice. We are happy to share the benefits of our extensive experience and knowledge in this “specialist” sector to ensure that they make decisions that are right for them.

We work in close partnership with our customers and clients, listening carefully to feedback and acting on it promptly. We pride ourselves on delivering value-for-money, high quality services and constantly monitor standards across all aspects of our activity.

Understanding our customers needs

At Millstream Management Services, our success stems from understanding our customers' needs, whether they are the residents or landlords. We create value by improving efficiencies and minimising costs through proactive management.

Our fees include all the services that you would expect to receive from a professional, proactive property management company and more. All contracts are properly tendered from independent contractors and service providers; we do not use any subsidiary companies.

We have had Millstream as our Management Company from day one at Royal Lodge and we consider ourselves to be very lucky to have such a great Lodge Manager and fantastic management company who are extremely helpful. We as owners are very sociable and enjoy friendly gatherings most days of the week and enjoy taking part in an interesting programme of events arranged by our Lodge Manager.
