About the role
It’s exciting times at Millstream Management Services due to our growth, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to support our growing team.
You’ll play a critical role in the business, working across teams to ensure the smooth running of all the functions of administration.
You really will have a varied role; your duties will include answering the telephone, opening post, handling general correspondence, tying letters, agreements and notices, logging any owner complaints and update the in-house computer system.
You will also liaise with the Lodge Managers frequently, ensuring that they have all necessary paperwork in order to run their Lodge accordingly.
You will also assist with any new Lodge Managers joining the team, by assisting with issuing employment contracts and ordering new uniforms ahead of the new employee’s start date.
You’ll have the opportunity to liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including Customers, Suppliers, Consultants and many more.
Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 5.00pm on Friday, with one hour for lunch.
We’re looking for a self-motivated, personable individual who enjoys working as part of a busy team. It’s important that you have proven experience as a Senior Administrator and first class organisation skills.
You’ll pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to prioritise with all round IT skills that include Outlook, MS Office and experience of databases.
You will be very organised to ensure that you keep on top of a busy and varied workload, ensuring all deadlines are met and workload schedules are managed.
We’d love it if you had some experience in a team administrator environment and had experience supporting a number of people.
It is essential that you have effective communication skills in order to manage a varied and busy workload.
