About the role
It’s exciting times at Millstream Management Services due to our growth so there is no better time to join us, we are seeking an Administrator to join our Administration team.
You’ll play a critical role in the business, working across teams to ensure the Company’s administrative duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with the Code of Practice for the industry and meets our Customers’ expectations.
You really will have a varied role, your duties will include: answering the telephone, open incoming post and distribute, dealing with general correspondence; mail merges, including Sections 20’s, accounts and budgets, owner updates, welcome letters, permissions, Pet Agreements, deal with general queries, produce notices and standard letters to Owners and Lodge Managers, provide Lodge Managers with necessary forms/paperwork for day to day running of Lodges, update and maintain computer system relating to owner and site information (Qube), complaints and dealing with all confidential HR work as directed by the Head of Human Resources, DBS processing, assist with training events.
You’ll have the opportunity to liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including Customers, Suppliers, Consultants and many more.
Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 5.00pm on Friday, with one hour for lunch.
We’re looking for a self-motivated, personable individual who enjoys working as part of a busy team who possesses first class organisation skills.
You’ll pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to prioritise with all round IT skills that include Outlook, MS Office and experience of databases.
You will be highly organised and be an effective communicator to ensure that you keep on top of a busy and varied workload, ensuring all deadlines are met and workload schedules are managed.
We’d love it if you had some experience in an administration environment and had experience supporting a number of people.
