About the role

It’s exciting times at Millstream Management Services due to our growth so there is no better time to join us, we are seeking an Administrator to work alongside our Property Transfer & Finance teams.
You’ll play a critical role in the business, working across teams to ensure the Company’s administrative duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with the Code of Practice for the industry and meets our Customers’ expectations.

You really will have a varied role, your duties will include: printing, collating and distributing Lodge budgets, bills and annual accounts, assisting with data entry for the Sales Ledger Team, setting up budget meetings, dealing with all aspects of administration relating to property transfers and subletting, dealing with Solicitors, Owners and Land Registry, producing sales information packs, maintaining owner information, dealing with general queries and answering calls.

You’ll have the opportunity to liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including Customers, Suppliers, Solicitors and many more. 

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 5.00pm on Friday, with one hour for lunch. 

About you

We’re looking for a self-motivated, personable individual who enjoys working as part of a busy team who possesses first class organisation skills. 

You’ll pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to prioritise with all round IT skills that include Outlook, MS Office and experience of databases. 

You will be highly organised and be an effective communicator to ensure that you keep on top of a busy and varied workload, ensuring all deadlines are met and workload schedules are managed.

We’d love it if you had some experience in an administration environment and had experience supporting a number of people.
