About the role
Millstream Management Services prides itself on the quality service it provides to its customers before, during and after someone moves into one of the buildings it manages.  By listening to its customers, it ensures that all feedback is used to enhance its customer's experience.

The position of Customer Feedback Administrator will ensure that all feedback, both positive and otherwise, reaches the correct people within the business to ensure it makes a difference. 
By taking ownership of the feedback process, the successful candidate will ensure that all their customers receive an acknowledgment and comprehensive response to their compliment or complaint. 
Your other duties will include feeding back on any trends or issues to the wider business and making suggestions for initiatives that could help improve the customer experience.
This is a full time position; hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.
About you
Ideally we’d like you to have some knowledge of the property management industry and be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.  The ability to write clear and professional correspondence is a must.
You’ll need to be happy working at a fast pace and will have a keen eye for detail and a professional manner at all times.   Working with all levels of personnel within the business, it would be advantageous if you have previously worked in a similar role.
Other essential attributes for this role are excellent time management, the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines and proficient IT skills.
You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence in the event you are required to visit our Lodges.
