We at Careline Support Ltd are delighted to announce that following the launch of our Careline team in 2020, we are now looking to expand the service to provide 24/7 support to our customers.  Careline Support is a key element of Millstream Management Services, a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation, providing services to over 10,000 retired owners.

We are currently recruiting for Night-Shift Emergency Call Operators, who will be pivotal to the future success of Careline Support Ltd.

We are seeking Colleagues who would be proud to offer exceptional service to our owners via the new contact centre based in Ringwood. The light, bright contemporary offices, break the mould of other call centre environments.


Our team of Careline Operators take both critical and non-critical calls from our owners in developments around the UK.
You will work as part of a team, always communicating to resolve some difficult issues such as calls for emergency assistance and urgent maintenance reports. There will also be calls from Lodge Managers who support the service on-site, those who need access through the front door or even Owners who just want to hear a friendly voice. No two shifts are the same in this critical role and we are looking for the very best communicators to ensure the service delivery to our customers is the best it can be.

The role will be working night shifts, 10pm – 6am on a 3 nights on - 3 nights off shift pattern, we are also looking for a member of the team who can work flexible shifts to cover for holidays, absences and peak times.

About you
We are looking for positive people who have great communication skills.  We think we have created the perfect culture and working environment here at Careline Support and we need individuals who will help enhance this further.
You will have experience of dealing with vulnerable groups, either in person or over the telephone and have high levels of resilience, empathy and flexibility. You must be able to concentrate, especially during periods of intense activity, and have an ability to multi-task.  .
You will have some kind of call / contact centre experience or worked in an environment where you have demonstrated an ability to follow guidance and procedures and you will have experience working unsociable hours/night shifts.
