About the role

The new HR Business Partner joins Millstream Management Services at a very exciting time of growth and will play a key operational role in the support of the senior management teams and our Colleagues across the business both in our head office and on site in our developments.

You will lead all day-to-day people matters from recruitment, selection and on-boarding to employee relations, employee engagement and performance management. You will coordinate all HR data and analytics, producing key weekly and monthly reports.

You will partner with a variety of stakeholders to deliver an effective and efficient HR service in line with the needs and priorities of Millstream. You will oversee the implementation and deployment of key Group HR initiatives and be effective in translating business requirements into effective HR solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR Generalist who thrives in being involved in the detail and has proven experience of owning all aspects of day-to-day HR activity.

About you

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about HR and the role it plays in a commercial Company.

The ability to build and develop relationships will be critical to your success, but you must be able to multi-task and be comfortable prioritising your workload by both business need and impact.

You will have experience of all aspects of HR and have the proven ability to manage ER cases with up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law. Alongside this you will have demonstrable experience in competency-based recruitment and will take pride in ensuring that the right person is hired first time.

You will have a minimum of 3 years HR experience and be comfortable in a true operational role. You will be a member of the CIPD or equivalent with a solid knowledge of good HR practice and UK employment law. You will be able to translate your knowledge of business functionality into effective practical solutions which enhance the culture and improve employee engagement.
