About the role

The new HR Business Partner joins Millstream Management Services at a very exciting time, as we enter our next phase of growth. Based in Ringwood and working in collaboration with our In-House Recruiter and Learning & Development Partner, you will support our management team and Colleagues across the business in the delivery of our people strategy and strategic goals.

Your role will be extremely varied including all the day-to-day people matters and you will partner with a variety of stakeholders to deliver an effective and efficient HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the company. Your core duties will include:

• To plan and understand the people agenda to support business growth
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Coaching to enable management capability
• HR data and analytics
• Employee welfare
• HR Policies and processes
• Salary benchmarking and competitor research
• Workforce planning
• Co-ordinate TUPE

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in an HR Generalist role and loves to be involved in the detail, whilst also having the opportunity to influence and innovate.

As well as your immediate Millstream team, you will be supported by the wider HR team at our parent company, Churchill Retirement Living and we regularly come together to collaborate on the people agenda.

 

About you

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about all things HR and the role it plays in a progressive commercial Company. Perhaps you are a Senior HR Advisor, looking for your next career step or an established HRBP, looking for a new challenge.

The successful person will appreciate the importance of building and developing relationships and enjoy working within a people orientated business with strong values and a positive Colleague culture.

As a professionally qualified member of CIPD or equivalent, you will demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR, with the proven ability to manage ER cases with up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law. Knowledge of the TUPE transfer process would be ideal.

Our new HR Business Partner will appreciate the importance of supporting a dispersed workforce and, through coaching Regional and Area Managers, you are ensuring that all Lodge Management Colleagues feel supported and most importantly feel listened to.

We are looking for someone who can translate their knowledge of business functionality into effective practical solutions, which enhance the culture and improve employee engagement.
