About the role
The new HR Business Partner joins Millstream Management Services at a very exciting time of growth and will support of the management teams and our Colleagues across the business both in our head office and on site in our developments.
Your role will be extremely varied including all day-to-day people matters and you will partner with a variety of stakeholders to deliver an effective and efficient HR service in line with the needs and priorities of Millstream. Your core duties will include;
- Recruitment and selection
- Employee relations

- HR data and analytics

- HR Policies and processes

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about all things HR and the role it plays in a progressive commercial Company.
The successful person will appreciate the importance of building and developing relationships and enjoy working within a people orientated business with strong values and a positive Colleague culture.
It is important that you have previous experience in all aspects of HR and have the proven ability to manage ER cases with up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law. Alongside this you will have demonstrable experience in competency-based recruitment and will take pride in ensuring that the right person is hired first time. You will also be a member of CIPD or equivalent with a solid knowledge of good HR practice.
You will be able to translate your knowledge of business functionality into effective practical solutions which enhance the culture and improve employee engagement.
