To support our ambitious growth plans we are looking for a talented IT Business Systems Manager to join the Millstream Team. 

About the role

We are looking for an IT Business Systems Manager to understand the technologies requirements of the business, primarily Operations, Property, Finance, and Service Charge Accounts, in a bid to make the company’s processes more efficient, compliant and more customer focussed.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will leverage the capability of the Company’s existing software platform Qube. Explore other software systems to support business growth. This is hybrid role which includes elements of project management and business analytics.

The hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Fridays. You will be predominately office based. However, there will be the need to travel to other parts of the Country, on occasion, to engage with colleagues based elsewhere in the Country.

About you

You will have an extensive background managing complex IT Business System and solutions. Hold a qualification in Project Management such as Prince2 is essential, or similar project management knowledge. You will be able to demonstrate the effective use of a Scrum framework with an agile mindset and thrive on developing, delivering, and sustaining complex projects.

Knowledge of property management or financial systems and a qualification in Business analysis is also desirable.

You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities and possess good analytical skills, the ability to plan/ organise, and balance simultaneous priorities.

It is important you demonstrate a high customer/ stakeholder focus, working collaboratively to ensure buy in to solutions and have the ability to manage conflict and expectations at all levels in the business.
