About the role
It is exciting times here at Millstream and due to our bold growth plans and we are recruiting for a Marketing and Design Executive to be responsible for all marketing creativity, from the content creation process to implementing the design elements for all areas of Millstream and also to develop internal event ideas for our developments, based in Ringwood, Hampshire.
You will be responsible for design and delivery of a range of assets across multiple communication channels including the website, intranet, email, infographics, whitepapers and sales credentials. You will also be responsible for targeted marketing for new business purposes as well as designing print ready artwork. You will also be constructing webpages using the company CMS (Wordpress).
You will also be responsible for maintaining brand consistency throughout all marketing projects. Supporting all Millstream marketing campaigns, award entries and ad hoc market research.
You will build strong relationships and work closely with Millstream colleagues and Group Marketing. You will also liaise with owners, media agencies and awards organisations. You will have proven ability to design e-shots, newsletter, brochures and leaflets, be familiar with Wordpress have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
You will be highly motivated with a positive and optimistic attitude, display outstanding communication skills as well as being dynamic by way of approach to working with different teams. You should have both print and digital delivery and design experience, be reliable, confident and work well under pressure.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday (9.00am to 5.30pm Monday - Thursday Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
The role requires frequent travel to other sites and regional offices.
You will be familiar with WordPress, you will have a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, have excellent administration and organisation skills. You will have graphic design and digital content knowledge as well as design work experience. You will ideally have a Marketing or Graphic Design background with some event management experience.
