About the role

The Marketing Assistant will work for Millstream Management Services Ltd (MMS) and the Churchill Foundation (CF).

Working closely with Group Marketing and MMS colleagues you will be responsible for all marketing creativity and administration for both sister businesses MMS and CF, also to develop and implement internal fundraising through various events.
The role involves web and intranet updates, supporting lifestyle events, overseeing Award entries and supporting all marketing campaigns.

This is an exciting and varied role, you’ll be providing creative events ideas/campaigns to achieve fundraising. You will carry out research and planning as well as brief and attend the events and provide updates. You will work closely with Churchill Retirement Living’s marketing team to ensure best fundraising strategy is in place in selling and non-selling lodges.

The hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Friday. Although on the run up to event days extended hours of work may be needed.

About you

We’d love it if you are enthusiastic with a proactive attitude and have previous marketing communication or event management experience along with ‘A’ levels or equivalent. A university degree in Marketing or Business Studies or equivalent is also desirable.
It is vital that you have a valid UK Driver’s license and transport as travelling will be required.
Having strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications and digital content and design experience is essential.
