About the role
Due to our continued success and expansion, we are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead the retirement living operations in the South East including Sussex & Surrey, Bucks & Cams, London, Kent, and Essex.
You will manage 5 Area Managers who oversee a number of retirement developments, ensuring we deliver exceptional services, safety and standards. You will develop, motivate and encourage your team by providing 1-2-1 support, feedback and training in addition to effective team wide communication.
This position provides the ideal candidate with a chance to be part of a high performing Senior Management Team, whilst remaining hands-on and be on the front line in times of need.
The role is home based, with extensive travel across the South East region. You will therefore need a full UK Driving Licence.
The hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Fridays. However, due to the nature of our business there is an expectation that the Regional Manager may need to provide out of hours cover in times of need.
We are seeking someone with management experience at a senior level, who has led a multi-site housing operation. You will take a proactive approach to your leadership, building trust and open lines of communication with your team.
You must have demonstrable experience of leading managers and achieving through them, as well as managing front line employees.
You will have a background in developing and implementing effective housing policies, additional services and quality standards. Therefore an in-depth knowledge of property and housing law is required.
You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
