About the role
It’s exciting and busy times at Millstream Management Services and due to our growth we’re looking to appoint a Service Charge Ledger Supervisor within the Accounts Department. Based in our Head Office in Ringwood, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger functions. This also includes managing the direct debit collections.
Duties include managing the day to day process of data entry of invoices, ensuring weekly payment runs are completed to payment run diary dates and managing any ad hoc tasks, example: updating supplier bank details. You will also ensure all demands for Service Charges and Ground Rent are raised as per the budgets issued and in a timely manner in accordance with the MMS workflow, ensure all Direct Debit Mandates are processed in accordance with Direct Debit legislation and ensure smooth day to day management of a team of Sales/Purchase Ledger Clerks.
We’re looking for a confident communicator, have excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated and able to thrive in a collaborative and busy environment. You will also enjoy being customer focused. Accuracy and attention to detail is key as you’ll be dealing with large amounts of numerical data. You will also have previous experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
You’ll be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English Language and have acheived your AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
You will have proven experience supervsising and leading and team within a finance and accounts function.
Previous experience of Qube Property Management System would be an advantage.
