Millstream Management Services plans to double in size as it announces move to new offices

Millstream Management Services (MMS), the leading provider of retirement housing management services in the UK, plans to double the size of the business as it announces a move to brand new premises in Ringwood.

The firm’s new offices will be built on Forest Gate Business Park in Ringwood, and will provide 19,500 sq ft of modern and well designed floor space. Construction will be carried out by local specialist contractor Jade Aden Services Ltd, and is expected to commence in the coming months with a view to completing the move by Christmas 2018.

Founded 11 years ago, MMS has grown rapidly to manage 148 retirement developments all over the UK, providing its services to over 6,600 retired people to help them live an active and sociable retirement. The company is also fast becoming a leader in the Right to Manage field and has now been appointed on this basis by a total of 21 developments (c1,000 units). MMS also provides management services for Housing Associations, investors and resident management companies. Managing Director Simon Crewe plans to double the number of retirement developments it manages over the next 3 years.

The new office space will enable the MMS team to achieve this, while at the same time keeping close links with Churchill Retirement Living, its largest client.
