Tammie Dunford  |  Operations Director

Tammie Dunford

Tammie is responsible for all day to day Customer and development facing activity for MMS, and heading up the team of Regional, Area and Lodge Managers looking after its 190 developments around the country. Having spent six years at MMS’ sister company Churchill Retirement Living (CRL), most recently as Head of Customer Services, Tammie is in the perfect position to ensure that MMS continues to put the Customer at the heart of everything it does.

Emma McCarthy  |  Commercial Director

Emma McCarthy

Emma joined Millstream Management Services in 2019. Emma’s previous experience in securing sponsorship contracts for large campaign events, is an excellent foundation for her new role. This new direction for Emma will predominantly be identifying and securing property management opportunities for Millstream and also seeking new income streams for the company.

Charlotte Stark  |  Head of Finance

Charlotte Stark

Charlotte has over 10 years’ experience working in finance roles held within banking, utilities, retail, leisure and property management. She oversees all Finance activity at MMS Head Office including Service Charge Billing, Payments, Supplier Invoices, Service Charge Budgets, Lodge year end accounts and Corporate Finance.

Richard Townley  |  Property Manager

Richard Townley

Richard is an experienced Property and Asset Manager with 16 years’ experience within the social housing sector, specialising in strategic and operational asset management, property investment and contract management duties.

James Knight  |  Monitoring Services Manager

James Knight

James joined Millstream Management Services in early 2020 to help launch Careline Support Ltd and manage the team moving forward. James has over 15 years' experience running a control room and prior to joining us, he led Emergency Planning and Business Continuity for New Forest District Council for 8 years.

Katie Chesher  |  Regional Manager

Katie Chesher

Katie is an experienced business manager with over 18 years’ experience of housing and independent living services. She has previously worked for Anchor Hanover Group in the role of District Manager and previously as a Senior Partnership Manager for Mears Home Improvement Ltd.  Katie thrives on service improvement and looking at ways to enhance the lives of older people in the community.

Lisa Shiers  |  Regional Manager

Lisa Shiers

Lisa is an experienced Manager and Housing Professional with over 30 years experience of Housing, Leasehold, General Purpose and Retirement Living. She also combines experience within the Hospitality and Travel industries to ensure excellent customer experience. Lisa has work for Millstream Management Services since 2016 and is committed to providing first class Management Services and enhancing the lifestyle of our owners.

We have been successfully managing retirement developments since 1st June 2006 and our team members have been in the retirement sector for much longer. Their extensive experience is a cornerstone of our operation and we endeavour to offer a first class personal service to Residents and Landlords at all times. Our staff will listen and provide advice on situations, recognising how we can tailor our service to your individual needs.
