Dean joined the Churchill Retirement Group in 2000 having qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant with Smith & Williamson and was appointed to the Board in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2006 he was fundamental in the setting up and Millstream Management Services and winning its’ initial management business, 16 Churchill Retirement developments.
Having served as Managing Director in those early years Dean has recently stepped back into that role having been involved as the Finance Director throughout. Having worked closely with MMS for many years, Dean is enjoying taking the reins at Millstream once more, a hugely important arm of the Churchill Group.
Dean knows what a fantastic, caring and dedicated team of Lodge Managers and supporting professionals we have in place across the country and will work with the team to lead them into the next phase of growth for the business, making sure we maintain our philosophy of putting Customers’ at the heart of everything we do.
Tammie is responsible for all day to day Customer and development facing activity for MMS, and heading up the team of Regional, Area and Lodge Managers looking after its 190 developments around the country. Having spent the last six years at MMS’ sister company Churchill Retirement Living (CRL), most recently as Head of Customer Services, Tammie is in the perfect position to ensure that MMS continues to put the Customer at the heart of everything it does.
Emma joined Millstream Management Services in 2019. Emma’s previous experience in securing sponsorship contracts for large campaign events, is an excellent foundation for her new role. This new direction for Emma will predominantly be identifying and securing property management opportunities for Millstream and also seeking new income streams for the company.
Katie is an experienced business manager with over 18 years’ experience of housing and independent living services. She has previously worked for Anchor Hanover Group in the role of District Manager and previously as a Senior Partnership Manager for Mears Home Improvement Ltd. Katie thrives on service improvement and looking at ways to enhance the lives of older people in the community.
Theresa was appointed Head of HR in July 2017 and has over 20 years experience in HR & Training, gained predominantly within the specialist retirement sector.
Theresa is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel (FCIPD) and is responsible for the company’s people strategy.
Hennie joined Millstream Management Services in 2007 to set up the financial systems and procedures of the new business.
Prior to that he worked within the Churchill Retirement Living Group and for the Compass Group, which specialises in event catering at large public events like rugby & football stadia, entertainment facilities and large conference venues.
Hennie has successfully introduced new working practices within Millstream Management Services, which have streamlined business processes.
