Simon was appointed to the Board of Millstream Management Services in June 2015.
He is also Managing Director of Stratton & King, an estate agency business specialising in the resale of retirement housing throughout the UK.
Simon began his career in what became Goldsborough Healthcare PLC, specialising in the management of retirement and assisted living property throughout the UK.
He spent over 20 years with Bupa, latterly as Managing Director of Bupa’s retirement housing business in the UK.
Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM). He previously Chaired the IRPM and held directorships both there and at the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM). He is also an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
Theresa was appointed Head of HR in July 2017 and has over 20 years experience in HR & Training, gained predominantly within the specialist retirement sector.
Theresa is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel (FCIPD) and is responsible for the company’s people strategy.
Hennie joined Millstream Management Services in 2007 to set up the financial systems and procedures of the new business.
Prior to that he worked within the Churchill Retirement Living Group and for the Compass Group, which specialises in event catering at large public events like rugby & football stadia, entertainment facilities and large conference venues.
Hennie has successfully introduced new working practices within Millstream Management Services, which have streamlined business processes.
Chris joined Millstream Management Services in September 2013 and is responsible for the Service Charge Accounting serving both external and internal customers.
Chris is an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management and has a wealth of experience having worked in Service Charge Accounting for 21 years.
Louise Ansell BS (Hons) CIHCM, is a degree graduate and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Louise has over 25 years’ experience in housing management and over 10 years experience in leasehold management and is responsible for developments throughout the South West region of the UK.
Lisa joined Millstream Management Services in June 2015, having worked in housing management for over 26 years.
Lisa is responsible for developments in the Midlands, Norwich and the North.
Tony has worked in residential sales, lettings and property management since 1985 and in leasehold management since 2012.
Initially his career with Millstream Management Services started as a Lodge Manager giving him the essential experience for his role. Tony is responsible developments in the Home Counties, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.
Jan started her career with McCarthy and Stone as a Customer Relations Officer before transferring to Estate Management within Peverel, latterly FirstPort.
Her first 20 years were as an Area Manager, followed by a further 9 years as a Regional Manager, with responsibility for 305 developments in the South East region. Jan joined Millstream in 2015 as an Area Manager looking after Surrey.
Karen Carter Bsc (Hons) is a degree graduate with a post-graduate in Housing Studies and is a member of the Institute of Housing.
Karen has worked in the retirement housing industry for 30 years and has a wide range of skills from Administration to Operational Management. Karen has been a Board member of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM) for over 3 years.
Karen is responsible for developments in the Wessex region.
Sam joined Millstream Management Services in August 2017, has over 18 years experience in the retirement industry and has a Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Diploma in Housing.
Sam is responsible for developments throughout the South East of the UK.
